SUBSCRIBER EXCHANGE
POLICY
Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance by mail or
in person at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium Box Office. If exchanged by
mail, new issued tickets will be held at Will Call.
Ticket exchanges can be made daily at the
Pasadena Civic Auditorium Box Office, please call (626) 584-8833 for
hours. All exchanges must be made no later than 5:00 p.m. the Friday prior
to the performance for which you currently hold tickets. Single ticket
purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final upon receipt of cash, check or authorized
credit card number. No refunds can be made on tickets.
LOST AND FORGOTTEN
TICKETS
Subscribers may replace lost or forgotten tickets at the Pasadena Civic
Auditorium Box Office.
TAX CREDIT FOR DONATED
TICKETS
If you are a subscriber and unable to attend a performance, consider
giving your tickets to family members or friends, or donating them to The
Pasadena Symphony. Return tickets in person or by mail to the Pasadena
Civic Auditorium Box Office, at 300 East Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91101
no later than 5:00 p.m. on the evening of the concert, or release the
tickets by calling 626.584.8833. Include a note requesting a donation
letter with your tickets and a tax credit letter will be mailed to you for
the full value of your tickets (deductible as allowed by law). Your
released seats create an opportunity for someone else to attend the
